Ordering & Tracking

Customers can make payments using the available online payment methods listed on our website, including bank transfers. For orders within Pakistan, cash on delivery is accepted for totals up to PKR 50,000. If an order exceeds this amount, a 50% advance deposit is required to proceed. Orders paid via online methods or bank transfer are processed only after the payment is verified, which may take up to 1–2 business days, depending on the payment channel. We will notify the customer once the payment has been confirmed. 

Customers can cancel their orders at any time before our Sales Department contacts them for confirmation and before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email to keep you updated on its delivery progress.

While we do our best to fulfill every order, product availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, we may offer a suitable alternative in a similar price range, such as a different design or color. If we do not receive a response to this suggestion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any prior notice. Additionally, orders may be canceled if payment fails, a pricing error occurs, or if an item becomes unavailable.
