By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions which apply to all online purchases from Sartyoon Sang.

 

Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email or an on-screen acknowledgment along with a system-generated order number. However, order acceptance remains conditional upon product availability and successful payment processing.

 

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders anytime before they are confirmed and processed by our Sales Department. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Sartyoon Sang reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical glitches, suspicious order activity, or incomplete delivery details. In such cases, customers will be notified where possible.

 

Product Availability

We strive to maintain updated stock levels; however, product availability is not guaranteed at the time of order placement. In case a product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, you may be offered an alternative product within the same price range. If we receive no response within the given time, the order may be canceled without notice.

 

Typographical Errors

We aim for complete accuracy in product details, pricing, and descriptions. However, in case of any typographical errors or mispricing, Sartyoon Sang reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if they have been confirmed. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Local orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination and payment confirmation. During sales events or public holidays, deliveries may experience delays.

 

Liability for Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, Sartyoon Sang shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or natural disasters ("Force Majeure"). We also do not accept liability for any additional customs duties or taxes imposed on international orders—these must be borne by the customer.
